MidCity Office Furniture hires former president of Stanfield’s Office Furniture
BUFFALO, NY – Kurt Amico, President of MidCity Office Furniture, announced today he has hired Steven M. Sommers, the former president and majority owner of Stanfield’s. Steve managed Stanfield’s for 22 years before deciding to purchase the company 8 years ago. He will be responsible for sales and service at MidCity. “Steve is a staple in the local office furniture market,” says Kurt Amico, “he always has been and always will be. We are very excited to have Steve join our team”.

Steven has 30 years experience in the office furniture industry and most recently serving as President of Stanfield’s Office Furniture. In addition to his role at MidCity, Steven is on the board of directors for Franciscan Center, Twin City Catholic Club and is a Vice President at the Eldredge Club. Steve lives in the City of Tonawanda.
